Author of 12 books including "Social Media Engagement for Dummies," "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Crowdsourcing," "Streetwise Ecommerce," and "The Everything Blogging Book."

11th book was "The Happy Healthy Nonprofit: Strategies for Impact Without Burnout" co-written with Beth Kanter.

12th book is "Cannabis and CBD for Health and Wellness: An Essential Guide for Using Nature's Medicine" co-written with Dr. Junella Chin.
