Anderson Smith

Anderson "Ande" Smith spent four years at Big Ass Fans before joining The Kitchen. During her time at Big Ass Fans, she served on the company’s continuous improvement team and helped dramatically reduce production lead times at the factory in Lexington, KY, that produced more than 90 percent of all fans and lights. Ande also worked in sales in the Washington DC corridor and throughout Australia, assisting architects and engineers in the understanding of how the company's fans and lights promote sustainable built environments. Ande holds a bachelor's degree in art history from Atlanta’s Emory University with a background in medical sciences. Keen on international travel, Ande has taught herself German, Italian and Japanese.
