I have learned to merge my experiences in my current role as an Apple Systems Engineer to design and implement an infrastructure to manage and maintain macOS systems, software distribution and patching, client reporting, and deployment using Apple’s Deployment Programs and traditional methods. I also have an in-depth knowledge of Apple’s Mobile Device Management framework and various enterprise mobility management vendors. I believe in using open source projects to eliminate unnecessary costs but still, provide some flexibility for customization to improve the experience of end users. By observing and seeking constant feedback from teams which I directly affect, paired with a fearless attitude about the unknown, I continue to grow my abilities to find solutions for systematic problems, increase efficiency and allow IT staff to focus on their customers by leveraging application API's to automate redundant tasks and improve accuracy.
