Constantly focused and ever curious, I use my knowledge and skills for the success of day-to-day operations with the best use of my devotion, determination and ingenuity. As technology progresses my constant drive for knowledge allows me to ensure that we are always as cutting edge as we can be, through the constant building of internal relationships and constant collaboration. I enjoy helping take the mystery away from technology. While at Rackspace, I worked on a two-person team responsible for maintaining a conflict-free Mac environment for our 2,100 + Mac users spread across our 8 major offices and hundreds of work from home employees worldwide. I provided administration, support of macOS workstations, configured all Mac workstations and Mac servers, compatibility testing, packaging, and deployment of all software for our Mac environment. This experience led me to USAA, a financial services company for the military community and their families.
