Cici Battle
Cici Battle is an organizer, speaker, facilitator, and social impact strategist who champions diverse voices in youth leadership and the women's movement. Fueled by her love of travel and parents' examples of service, she has worked across the globe developing leaders from the strategically crafted shadows. In Cali, Colombia, she designed programs to help local youth enter the global workforce. In Florida, she led voter engagement and training initiatives across 15 college campuses, and even spearheaded the first programming with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice to prevent criminalization of youth behavior.
In her current role as executive director of the national Young People For, Cici travels nationwide building an inclusive strategic framework to provide resources, strategy, and trainings for youth leaders. She is deeply passionate about the civil rights issues of our time, committed to fighting boldly for young people, women, and the undeserved wherever she goes.
