Emily Keeton

Ms. Emily Keeton is the Co-Founder of Station Houston and head of M&A at Wework. She's been a Director of ezCarter, Inc. since December 12, 2017. She served as Co-Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at IAC/InterActiveCorp since October 7, 2016. She oversaw M&A activity across the IAC portfolio, as well as identifying new opportunities outside of the IAC's existing focus areas. She serves as Advisor of Mercury Fund. She was Co-Founder of Flavour and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Keeton served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Scripps Networks Interactive, where she was responsible for the firm's corporate merger and acquisition initiatives, partnerships and international strategic development. Ms. Keeton led Ascent Media Group's corporate merger and acquisition initiatives, partnerships and strategy development. She received her B.A. from Columbia University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
