Tanya Tarr

Tanya Tarr is the founder of Cultivated Insights, an organizational development firm, and a regular Forbes contributor on negotiation and equal pay. She helps people and organizations learn how to negotiate authentically, and believes that enormous good happens when we lead with great ideas. Previous to working in the corporate sector, Tanya spent 17 years working in national and state political campaigns, as well as supporting legislative advocacy efforts in Texas. She's proud to live in Austin, Texas with her spouse and three rescue pets.
