Kate Nowlan

Kate Nowlan, is CEO of CiC, a leading Employee Assistance Provider based in London. CiC provides 24/7 helplines, clinical and practical support to over 150 organisations including global NGOs, academic institutions, government bodies and
international news organisations. Kate has worked as a corporate psychologist and psychotherapist for over twenty five years and has a particular interest in supporting those who have been exposed to traumatic experiences in the course of their working lives – whether after traumatic events, natural disasters or incidents in conflict zones. Kate has worked across Europe, and in Africa, Asia, North & South America and the Middle East leading group trainings on resilience and traumatic stress. In 2008 Kate was elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
