Nicole Hamilton

Nicole is an innovator whose career has spanned several technologies, from medical devices to telecommunication software. For the last five years she has been involved in game-changing financial technology innovation.
In 2012, Nicole started a company called Tactile Finance that developed the first software that let banks communicate all of their loan options to consumers with no fine print. No matter what products a bank sold, ARMs, FHA, proprietary reverse mortgages, fixed mortgages with various terms, Tactile Finance software allowed them to clearly convey loan terms including fees over the life of the loan, and clearly compare any loan to any other.
Throughout her career she has led both tactical and strategic work on large-scale software development product companies from idea to scaling, and has managed operations and strategy for companies with >$10m in annual revenue. Nicole was brought on to Springboard Enterprises in 2018 to lead the new Tech Innovation Hub.
