Jenn Renoe

Jenn Renoe (she/her) is a Media Director at Publicis Health Media in New York City and the Global Co-Lead of the Égalité LGBTQ+ BRG. As a transgender woman, she works to advocate on behalf of her transgender siblings in professional settings as both a writer and speaker, contributing to Ad Age, ADWEEK, Campaign, and Digiday, and has appeared at Cannes Lions, SXSW, Advancing Diversity Week, Out & Equal, and more as the founder of Raised Change Gender Diversity Consultancy. She was recognized for her efforts when she was named to the 2023 Out100, was called the top US-ranked member of the global OUTstanding Top 100 LGBT+ Future Leaders list and became the first out transgender woman named one of AdAge’s Leading Women in 2022.
