Senior User Experience Designer
Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure

Andrew started his career in user experience after a brief opportunity doing graphic and web design. Starting as a junior UX Designer at Northrop Grumman, he planned and facilitated user testing as well as produced the visual and interaction designs for an Air and Missile Defense software application. It was at Northrop Grumman that Andrew first experience the weight of the decisions made within a command and control system. After transferring to Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure, he began working on the next generation 911 Computer Aided Dispatch software. After the initial success of the product he contributed to, Andrew is now the lead UX designer for the consolidated public safety software effort at Hexagon, encompassing 911 calltaking and dispatching, records management, incident planning, and mobile workflows. He has a passion for helping public safety personnel to easily make informed decisions, and continually pushes his company to try new technology in order to do so.
