Jennifer DaSilva is an integrated marketer with 20 years of experience working on Fortune 500 brands. In her 13 years with the agency, she’s managed accounts like Coca-Cola, Heineken Premium Light, Vimeo, Gilt, and Capital One, for which she led the post-acquisition transition. She’s also held positions at J. Walter Thompson, Warner-Lambert and M&C Saatchi.
Jen is passionate about supporting female entrepreneurs and women in the ad industry to rise-up together. She’s outspoken on the topic in the press (Huff Post, Fast Company, Adweek) and on the speaker circuit (The Women’s Convention, Cannes, Advertising Week, The Other Festival).
Jen launched Girl Brands Do It Better at Berlin, an initiative dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs through connections and creativity. She encourages her employees to pursue their side hustles and invest in their passion projects. Jen also sits on the advisory board of Girl Up, a UN foundation empowering girls to change the world
