Julie is responsible for supporting growth across the U.S. in addition to the overall health of the Mineapolis office. This includes nurturing exisiting client relationships and new opportunities, recruiting, retaining, and growing exceptional talent and fostering the Mirum culture.

Julie has spent the last 20 years of her career in agencies working across industries, channels and brands. What consistently motivates her is an unwavering commitment to driving success for her clients. Julie has been recognized for delivering solutions, championing great work, building teams and producing results. With a palpable passion and enthusiasm for her craft, Julie has had the privilege of contributing to the strategic growth of great brands such as 3M, UnitedHealth Group, Target, McDonald’s, Fifth Third Bank and Johnson & Johnson.
