Karen Ngo

Karen Ngo is currently a Senior Project Manager and Team Manager at C2, the in-house creative agency at Charles Schwab. Karen Is also a Design Sprint facilitator and Design Thinking champion building agency processes that support more human-centered and collaborative work. She brings a design sensibility to project management as a former Creative Director, video game producer and entrepreneur.
