Tom Bledsoe

Tom Bledsoe is the CEO of the Housing Partnership Network (HPN), a group of 100 high-capacity nonprofit affordable housing and community development organizations throughout the U.S., a role in which he has served since 1998. Under his leadership, HPN has become the leading voice for the high-capacity, partnership-based nonprofits in the affordable housing industry; has launched innovative, high-impact efforts and business enterprises; and been repeatedly recognized by Fast Company magazine as one of the leading social capitalists in the country. In 2013, HPN was one of 13 organizations from around the world to receive the prestigious MacArthur Foundation Award for Creative and Effective Institutions.
