Jacqueline leads internal corporate communications and stakeholder engagement for HEINEKEN USA. Since joining the Company in 2013, she has introduced legendary engagement platforms that keep employees and distributor partners inspired and equipped to “sell or help sell” beer and cider on a daily basis. Whether she’s overseeing the planning of HEINEKEN USA’s annual distributor conference, or helping the organization stay connected through vibrant communities on Facebook Workplace, Jacqueline ‘bleeds green’ while she masterfully keeps HEINEKEN USA’s strategy, values and culture alive.

Previously, she spent eight years at GE, where she led employee communications and engagement efforts for several corporate functions. Prior to GE, Jacqueline led alumni regional programming for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She started her career in the PR industry, working for Cohn & Wolfe. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Marist College.
