Heather Smith

Heather Smith is an experiential exhibit designer who has exhibited in Los Angeles, Cuba, and the United Nations. Heather is the concept creator and producer of the USC Shoah Foundation's Dimensions in Testimony Project. DiT allows the public to have interactive conversations with Holocaust Survivors, even when they are not present. She is a pioneer in the area of interactive storytelling using natural language software, computer learning, artificial intelligence, volumetric and 360 capture. The end result allows individuals to have a Q&A session or a conversation with the interviewee. Inspired by the thousands of people that have interacted with DiT, she co-founded StoryFile, an interactive app where users can have conversations with the legends of our time, or their own parents. Heather serves as the CEO of StoryFile and aims to change the way we interact, learn from and share our legacy with future generations.
