Heidi has more than 25 years of client and agency experience. Heidi has worked across a variety of industries – developing, managing, and transforming the customer experience. Beginning her career in the loyalty industry at Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue and further leveraging her knowledge to excel in the creation of marketing, technology solutions, and operational eccellence for Brinker, Westfield, Petco, Targetbase and Brierley&Partners.
While supporting clients globally she has been instrumental in building solutions, incremental revenue streams, and partnerships.
Heidi is a RevTech Ventures Executive in Residence and strategizes around retail innovation by thinking beyond the status quo. Heidi continues to build on the implementation and execution of branding ideas to maximize efficiencies.
