Bill Woodrum

William J. “Bill” Woodrum is the Director of Entrepreneurship Robert C. Byrd Institute of Marshall University. He directs a portfolio of programs that includes Agricultural Innovations, RCBI’s Business Accelerator Network and providing entrepreneurial assistance to the makers programs of RCBI. In all these programs, Mr. Woodrum leads a variety of initiatives to introduce manufacturing technology and processes into a variety of non-traditional economic development fields in rural Appalachia.
