Heather Doyle

Solar System Public Engagement and Networks Manager
NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory

Heather manages programs that work to tell NASA's space exploration story in a fun and engaging way – through digital and print products, events, websites, and hands-on programs that speak to NASA missions, science, and spinoffs.

Since 2005, Heather has worked for various education nonprofits, as the Director of Heal the Bay's Santa Monica Pier Aquarium, Program Director for the Girl Scout's, Hornets' Nest Council and Vice President of Education for Junior Achievement of the Central Carolinas. Heather also produced Los Angeles's first (and now annual) regional Rube Goldberg Machine Contest and STEAM Machines festival held at the Santa Monica Pier.

Programming descriptions are generated by participants and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of SXSW.
