Andrea Lindzey
Lindzey is a director at the Austin-based innovation firm Thinktiv. She holds a BA from Rice University in psychology, and well as an MA in advertising and an MPaff from the University of Texas. She began her career in the ad agency space, working on strategy, brand, and writing for city and state organizations (Enviromedia) and then major P&G brands (Saatchi&SaatchiX), before working independently for startups in eco-tourism, e-commerce, and music/entertainment. She then moved into tech marketing, working in the cloud software, enterprise applications, and backup industries at Spanning and DELL/EMC. Lindzey then followed her passion into conservation, leading the brand and communications efforts for Texan by Nature, a non-profit founded by former first lady Laura Bush. She has now been working in design and innovation for 3 years, delivering transformational market strategy and brand solutions, shaping and launching new products, and leading internal company-building initiatives.
