Korsha Wilson is a food writer, speaker and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She has worked in front of the house and back of the house roles in restaurants, as an intern for the National Restaurant Association, and spent two years working as a cheese maker for an artisanal mozzarella producer in New England. She is the founder of A Hungry Society, a podcast on Heritage Radio Network dedicated to celebrating and increasing the food world’s diversity. She has spoken at national conferences on the topic of food media and diversity, been a guest on the Carbface for Radio and Racist Sandwich podcasts, and been a featured guest on PBS’s Story in the Public Square and Al Jazeera’s The Stream. She has been published by The New York Times, Bon Appétit, Saveur, Food & Wine Magazine, Yes! Magazine and more.
