Zach Graves

Zach Graves is head of policy at the Lincoln Network, where he works to bridge the gap between Silicon Valley and DC. Previously, Zach led the technology and innovation policy program at the R Street Institute, a free-market think tank. Prior to R Street, Zach worked at the Cato Institute and the America’s Future Foundation. He is also a fellow at the Internet Law and Policy Foundry, an associate fellow at the R Street Institute, and a visiting fellow at the National Security Institute at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School.
