Danna Greenberg
Danna Greenberg is the Walter H. Carpenter Professor of organizational behavior at Babson College. Her research explores how individuals manage the intersection between their work and non-work lives as they move through their careers. Danna’s work is guided by the belief that individuals can and should be able to live full lives at work and at home, and that by challenging current assumptions regarding work we can find better ways for businesses, families, and communities to thrive.
Danna has published more than 30 articles and book chapters along with a book entitled The New Entrepreneurial Leader. Danna holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wellesley College graduating magna cum laude with honors in the major and a Ph.D. in Organizational Studies from Boston College graduating with first year distinction.
