Half Russian and raised in gorgeous Ithaca, NY, Dasha was performing for her family of PhDs well before they could seduce her into the world of academia. Through earning her BFA at NYU’s Meisner Extension, training at The Moscow Art Theatre and studying viewpoints with Mary Overlie she found a grounding sense of honesty in her process and performance. An ingénue with an edge, she is often cast as the free spirit, femme fatale, or rebel and enjoys playing these strong female characters. She has been a lead performer in large scale immersive theatre productions and brand activations since 2012 with companies such as Delusion, JFI Productions, Cloak & Dagger, Capital W, The Speakeasy Society, ABC Project and just recently starred as Angela in the VR adaptation of The Willows, an acclaimed immersive theatre show which ran in LA from 2017-2018. In addition to her performing, Dasha is the the creative director of Metaforyou, a company which offers unique immersive interactive theatre services for clients from personal private events to large brand activations.
