Kim Allard
Kim Allard is director of Court Services for the Utah Administrative Office of the Courts. Her work involves continuous improvement of court records and information. Good data and timely reporting are critical to building a culture that effectively uses information to make decisions. Recent projects have included using criminal history and behavioral data to inform judicial decision making (see www.psapretrial.org), and online dispute resolution to make court resources more available to those needing them.
Before joining the courts, she worked in special education and as a developer of technology-based educational products for corporate entities including Discovery Communications' The Learning Channel.
