Marissa Solomon

Marissa Solomon is a Junior Partner in McKinsey’s New York Office in the Financial Services Practice. She serves clients on a wide range of growth strategy topics, with a particular emphasis on digital strategy, data and analytics-led sales transformations, and customer journey redesign. Beyond financial services, Marissa serves several performing arts institutions on topics such as audience engagement strategy, strategy implementation and execution, and strategic partnerships. Marissa is also a Lincoln Center Young Patron and serves on the Steering Committee.
