Marie Todd

Marie is the Austin office lead for Slalom’s Business Advisory Services Organization. She is responsible for the Delivery Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness and Strategy & Operations practices. At the intersection of business, technology and information, Marie partners with the leaders of Austin’s most influential companies to define the art of the possible, build solutions and drive execution.

Prior to working at Slalom, Marie spent 5 years focused on public sector innovation in order to bring new and emerging technologies to a historically outdated industry. Her teams would ideate, design and deliver cutting edge prototypes, accelerators and software for clients utilizing a variety of offerings including data analytics, artificial intelligence, augmented/virtual reality, custom development and PaaS/SaaS offerings. Marie also spent a decade facilitating large scale organizational transformations for clients through design, development, test and deployment of customer facing applications.

Outside of work, Marie is the mother of 2 daughters (both under the age of 5). In her limited free time, she loves to read. Marie holds a BBA in both Finance and Management from the University of Iowa.
