Jacob Eastham

Jacob is a creative thinking facilitator and design strategist in the CIA's Directorate of Analysis. He has spent a majority of his career teaching creative thinking at the Agency's Sherman Kent School for Intelligence Analysis and currently helps facilitate business analysis. He has introduced creativity tools, research, and workshops to a variety of audiences across CIA and the intelligence community. His favorite spy shows reveal more about him: He appreciates ALIAS for the killer music and strong female lead, The Night Manager for the captivating story and exotic locales, and MacGyver for the creativity, of course.
