Genevieve Martin

Genevieve drives creation and growth of national efforts to expand employment opportunities for justice impacted talent through partnership building, public speaking, employer training, and innovative collaborations to develop the products and services needed to connect justice impacted talent to the careers they wish to pursue.

In addition to co-founding the Dave's Killer Bread Foundation and being a founding partner of the Second Chance Business Coalition, Genevieve has produced multiple Second Chance Summits around the country, co-chaired the Oregon Second Chance Tour, participated in the Center for American Progress and Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives task forces, is an inaugural member of the Council on Criminal Justice, partnered with the Society of Human Resource Management to launch the Getting Talent Back to Work toolkit, and joined hundreds of companies across America on the Fair Chance Business Pledge and at the White House in 2016 and again in 2019.
