Julia Trainor

Julia joined the tilted world of trailer music supervision 13 years ago, placing music & sound design in the Disney-heavy slate at Craig Murray Productions: Cars, Shaggy Dog, Chicken Little and DisneyNature Chimpanzee. Her stops at several trailer houses landed placements in Salt, Green Lantern, The Avengers, Life Of Pi and Lincoln, to name a few. To date has worked on over 200 film trailers, ads, promos and digital projects, garnering several Guild Of Music Supervisor and Golden Trailer nominations.

In 2016, she became Sr. Music Supervisor at her current company, Project X/AV. The work that excites her most here includes creating trailerizations and custom originals with composers. These recent trailers, tv and digital spots were some of her favorites to finish: Guardians Of The Galaxy 2, Blade Runner, All The Money In The World, Passengers, Life, Spiderman Homecoming, Black Panther Mowgli and Blizzard’s Starcraft and World of Warcraft.
