Helen Tager-Flusberg
Dr. Tager-Flusberg’s interests lie in the language and social-cognitive development of people with ASD, as well as other developmental language disorders. She has been conducting research for over 30 years and focuses that research on investigating language, theory of mind, and related social cognitive aspects of ASD. The National Institutes of Health, Autism Speaks, the Nancy Lurie Marks Family Foundation, and the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation all have funded research conducted by Dr. Tager-Flusberg. She also has been on the editorial boards of many professional journals, edited several books, and published many articles and chapters.
