Ethan Mayers

From Silicon Alley to San Francisco, London, and Mumbai, Ethan Mayers has driven innovation and frontier technology across supply chains, circular economies, smart homes, and media. He is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and startup advisor. For the past year, as CEO of TILT Innovations, he led a corporate innovation project for a publicly traded global manufacturing firm to understand how technology will disrupt their business.

Prior to TILT, Ethan led the development of transformative supply chain technologies around the world as the COO of Techstars alum Global Resonance, a SaaS, blockchain-powered startup that digitizes supply chain workflows, and Co-Founder of Retovian, a Private Equity-backed mobile operations software platform for manufacturers across Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Previously, Ethan spent seven years building and running Synthenai, a consulting firm that delivered operations optimization, business design, and technology strategy for SMEs and startups.

Having played a critical role in high-growth startups around the world, Ethan has learned how to drive value-creation from the idea phase and develop businesses that are attractive for outside capital. A former television producer, Ethan harnesses the power of storytelling to build brands that connect with customers and align momentum and growth. Ethan regularly advises companies on figuring out their value prop (#1 job as an entrepreneur besides running out of money), scaling, and preparing for investment.

Ethan currently serves on the Board of Directors at Lear Media, and is a Global Mentor of the Hague Institute for the Innovation of Law. Ethan is an avid advocate for and mentor to high-potential entrepreneurs and startups, particularly those that have risen outside of traditional, Silicon Valley networks.
