Ben Shaw
Ben has spent the last decade working at one of the best creative agencies in the world, BBH. Initially joining as a graduate and later running the award winning Social & Data business unit he's risen to become Head of Strategy. He's led planning and collaborated with clients from Google to Playstation to Audi to Samsung and many more in producing stand out creative work for TV, digital and creating famous brands. He now leads a 40 strong strategy department that has been awarded agency of the year at the 2018 IPA Effectiveness awards. He's navigated continual learning, driving change, building teams, creating opportunities and keeping it fresh whilst staying at the same company.
