Tanum Davis Bohen is the Founder & Principal of The Bohen Group, a Silicon Valley-based consulting firm that focuses on Personal & Professional Leadership Development. Tanum is a Motivational Speaker, Coach, and soon to be published Author. Tanum & her team partner with individuals, leaders and their teams to explore and define strategies required to achieve short and long-term personal and/or professional goals. In addition to individual and group coaching, Tanum specializes in inclusive leadership and cultivating a culture within teams and organizations that magnifies space for inclusion, acceptance of diverse perspective and the synergistic ways in which generations work. Tanum’s work specifically focuses on leadership as it relates to perspectives, team engagement, inclusion, and female empowerment based on her personal experiences throughout her 20+ year career with and within global corporate organizations.
