Suzi Sosa is the co-founder and CEO of Verb, a leadership development platform that transforms companies by creating a culture of learning. Unlike traditional skill-based learning platforms, Verb focuses on whole person development and integrates purpose and community into the experience. Suzi is the recipient of the 2014 Ernst & Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Prior to Verb, Suzi led the social entrepreneurship program at the University of Texas at Austin and is the cofounder of the Austin chapter of Social Venture Partners. She has a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. in the Plan II Honors Program from UT Austin. She is a single mom of two and loves art, ideas, adventures and mischief.
