Tiana Lewis is the Head of Pop Programming at Pandora Media where she is responsible for editorial curation and programming of Pop genre stations and playlists. Tiana constantly has her ear to the ground and introduces Pandora users to new artists/music while making sure all of their faves are right where they’re expected to be!

Her career in the music industry began in 2008 when she landed an internship at Warner Music Group. From there, she continued to intern across various departments at WMG until 2010 when she graduated from Fordham University with BAs in Sociology and Urban Studies.
After graduation, Tiana accepted a permanent role at Atlantic Records as an Executive Assistant in International Marketing and Promotions where she worked on breaking acts such as Bruno Mars, Janelle Monáe and Wiz Khalifa on the international stage.

A year later, Tiana joined DAS Communication as a Tour Coordinator with renowned music manager, David Sonenberg (Lauryn Hill, The Black Eyed Peas, Ke$ha). For the next 2 years, she routed tours, oversaw budgets, delivered marketing plans and executed all aspects of on the ground activations for various sponsors, with a special focus on Vans Warped Tour.

In 2013 she transitioned into the music agency side of the industry at Creative Artists Agency (clients currently include Beyoncé, Ariana Grande, Cardi B) where she oversaw all contracts for artist touring deals out of the NYC office. In 2014, Viacom Media Networks tapped Tiana to join their Music Programming & Partnerships departments at MTV (and BET about 2 years later), where she oversaw programming for MTV Hits, served as an integral team member in partnerships between MTV/BET and Spotify, SoundCloud and Vevo.
