“Helping you think differently through the power of science & play.” Fostering innovation and effective communication has been the core of my work since joining the San Jose State University faculty in 2007. Today, I’m bringing that expertise out of the academy and into high performing organizations that want that extra edge to create unique, since based solutions and cultivate stronger teams, leaders and solutions.
