With 15 years' experience bridging cross-sector partnerships between corporations and non-profits, Jessica has led over 150 corporate engagement events and programs, connecting thousands of employees from the corporate sector to local, national and global non-profits. Founded in 2016, Jessica James Consulting supports companies in the exploration and execution of meaningful philanthropic initiatives that recruit and retain talent, build culture, tell the brand’s story, drive the bottom line, and make the most possible impact in the community. JJC also supports non-profits and foundations in the creation of fundraising plans and corporate engagement strategies that yield increased revenue and mutually beneficial collaborations.
