Adeola Adejobi is an attorney, entrepreneur and speaker. Adeola understands that meeting the career aspirations of professionals of color requires more than just the standard engagement. In 2011, she launched the Avant-Garde Network the #1 social enterprise company focused on creating black executives and entrepreneurs. Avant-Garde Network engages Black professionals and promotes diversity and inclusion through activations, recruiting, conferences, career development, thought leadership and events. Adeola is committed to highlighting areas that need diversity. Knowing this, she created initiatives such as Africa 2030, Law Tech and Innovation, the Dealmakers Roundtable and more. Adeola obtained her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Comparative Women’s Studies from Spelman College, and started her career in the Public Service and Diversity Department at the law firm of Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP. Adeola obtained her J.D. degree from Cornell Law School.
