Adam Moses
Adam is joint Chief Executive of Music arts organisation Jazz re:freshed.
Jazz re:freshed have been leaders in the alternative UK Jazz scene for 14 years and has grown from delivering a live weekly music event in Notting Hill every week of the year, to expanding into organising an annual festival JAZZ RE:FEST and supporting festivals including Glastonbury, SXSW and AFROPUNK International.
Jazz re:freshed run DJ club nights, a record label, produce an annual magazine, have our own apparel range, run a seasonal film club, and deliver RE:PRESENT our band development and education programmes in Schools, colleges and universities and deliver numerous additional live events with partners across the UK.
We are also delivering a pioneering 2-year project which will globally challenge the traditionally held perceptions about UK Jazz & spotlight the UK Jazz revolution
Jazz re:freshed Outernational project will begin with British underground jazz, re:freshed with featured artists Moses Boyd Exodus, Yussef Kamaal, United Vibrations and Native Dancer and special guests Gogo Penguin and Sarathy Korwar presented by digital platform Jazz Standard.
This music sector is often overlooked internationally, and Jazz re:freshed is striving to resolve the many challenges UK musicians face getting comparable levels of international exposure, by creating this unique global opportunity which provides exposure to business opportunities and audiences worldwide.
