Frank Hill
Frank Hill is Sr Director of Universal Music Group’s in-house creative agency, °1824, which focuses on Youth, Content & Experiential Marketing. His team is a first-of-its-kind network of 85 innovative creatives focused on developing content, unique experiences, ideation and directly connecting artists and fans. The team not only delivers a best-in-class marketing approach to these services, but also is a future talent pool for every division within UMG.
Prior to UMG, Frank spent time in NYC as an artist manager working with musicians on major and indie labels. In 2013, he moved from music to a creative advertising agency, Translation. There he held the position of Project Manager and oversaw the creation of advertising (TV, Radio, OOH, Digital, Retail and Experiential) for Bud Light. In 2014, Frank made the move out west to Los Angeles to oversee the production of Honda Civic Tour and Honda Stage at Music Festivals for the Venice, CA based experiential agency, Marketing Factory.
