Frank Hill has spent the past few years at Universal Music Group as Senior Director of College & Lifestyle Marketing, tasked with overseeing all day-to-day operations of the department. His team creates and executes marketing strategy to the 18-24 demographic for UMG artists and brands; including managing a national network of College & Lifestyle Marketing Representatives. The team of 75+ reps in 50+ markets provide services that include content creation, live events, experiential activations, college media outreach, A&R scouting, tour marketing, digital marketing, campus & lifestyle visibility. The team not only delivers a best-in-class marketing approach to these services, but also is a future talent pool for every division within UMG.
Frank spent 7 years in NYC as an artist manager working with several musicians on major and independent labels. In 2013 he moved away from music and began working for a creative advertising agency based in Time Square called Translation. There he held the position of Project Manager and oversaw the creation of all advertising (TV, Radio, OOH, Digital, Retail and Experiential) for Bud Light. In 2014, Frank made the move out west to Los Angeles to oversee the production of Honda Civic Tour and Honda Stage at Music Festivals for the Venice, CA based experiential agency, Marketing Factory.
