Cities spend billions delivering crucial services to their communities, yet local governments are hard-pressed to measure the impact of their work. This challenge grows 10X when meeting the needs of vulnerable communities, who are less likely to engage with city hall through feedback tools like surveys and council meetings. Eyal Fader-Levy will explain how ZenCity is using AI to close this gap, and empower cities to engage more inclusive, data-backed decision making.
