We’re all familiar with that feeling of overwhelm, and the angst of seeing numbers rise on your email inbox, slack, texts, etc. It’s hard to wade through the noise and focus on what matters. 83% of U.S. respondents surveyed by Evernote earlier this year said they use a combined total of 1-4 devices, with 65% using 1-9 applications every day. You are never NOT connected. The “always on” mentality causes friction that makes us feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and burnt out; it feels impossible to spend time on the ideas you value.
