Formed in Bristol by Gina Leonard and Tom Fryer The Desert are gaining rapid attention with their blistering, bitter-sweet, dark-pop world.

They first came to the world’s attention in June 2017 with the release of their haunting debut single ‘Just Get High’. It’s release gained immediate attention and received praise and airplay on BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, Radio X and the Apple Music Chill List. This and the subsequent praise for the follow up EP lead to highly acclaimed singles ‘Gone’ and ‘Distract Me’ in later 2018.
