Bob Frey

Bob Frey, AICP, serves as the Planning Director for the Tampa-Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) and is the project manager for THEA’s USDOT Connected Vehicle Pilot Deployment. Bob has more than 25 years of experience working with local, state and toll agencies. He holds a Masters of Public Policy degree from Baylor University, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, and a graduate of the IBTTA Toll Leadership Academy.
