Gabe Fleet represents creative individuals, brand owners, digital media services and entertainment companies in connection with a broad range of entertainment matters, intellectual property matters and commercial transactions. His practice focuses on bridging the gap between the entertainment industry and companies outside the entertainment industry, and on helping clients navigate the complex legal and business issues unique to the space where these two worlds intersect.

Gabe has extensive experience negotiating transactions and counseling clients in connection with the creation and licensing of music and other entertainment content for motion pictures, television productions, digital media properties and video games. He also regularly represents internationally known brand owners and media companies in connection with the production and exploitation of original, branded entertainment content, television specials and live events, as well as the development of new opportunities for the monetization and distribution of existing “back catalog” content.
