Belinda Matingou
Belinda Matingou is Vice President of Member Engagement at the Texas Association of Business, the state chamber of commerce for Texas, the most influential voice for public policy issues affecting business. Belinda leads TAB’s programs to engage employers and employees in increasing the number of pro-business, pro-jobs public policy decision-makers in Texas, and she leads the Keep Texas Open for Business coalition that successfully defeated unnecessary, discriminatory bathroom bill legislation in Texas twice during the 2017 Regular and Special Legislative Sessions. Belinda earned her MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her BS in Finance from Florida A&M University. Belinda has delivered results in senior management positions at Fortune 100 companies across a variety of industries, including Dell, AT&T and Swissôtel. She is passionate about community service, and her volunteer leadership benefits under-served students, business professionals and entrepreneurs. Belinda is a proud member of the Leadership Austin Essential Class of 2015. She and her husband, Christian Kouka-Matingou, are the proud parents of Wesley, Cyrena and Troy Matingou.
