Nick Ruiz

Nick was born in San Antonio, TX but was raised in the vibrant culture of Austin, TX since the age of 4. Currently living just north of Austin, TX, Nick is a Software Engineer at brandmuscle, a local marketing software company. He began his professional career developing software for what is now known as Distinct Software Solutions and serving as the lead developer for an Austin based startup, all of this while completing his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. His experience and duties have varied quite considerably between these roles giving him a unique perspective on software technologies, old and new.
