Victoria Espinel is an authority on the intersection of technology, global markets and public policy. As CEO of BSA | The Software Alliance, she leads strategic efforts that shape the technology landscape in 60 countries. Espinel also serves as the President of Software.org: the BSA Foundation and chairs the World Economic Forum's Future of the Digital Economy group. She was an adviser to former President Obama on intellectual property and a chief trade negotiator under former President Bush.
